This community has the power to transform your
career and your life—It has transformed mine.
I have devoted my career to helping women and the next generation step into their power. I was Editor-in-Chief of legendary media brand, Seventeen, I wrote bestselling book, The Big Life, and built a huge community around it for women who are redefining what means to be powerful and successful in the world.
And even in the middle of a big career, when I first joined TheLi.st as a member more than 10 years ago, I had never experienced anything like it! The most high-impact, high-profile leaders were candidly sharing their asks, their anxieties, and their support. This level of vulnerability and generosity was a revelation!
The community became my network, my water-cooler conversations, my news feed, and my moment of togetherness when you just want to know that you’re not alone.
My company, New Power Media, acquired TheLi.st in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic when we needed each other more than ever.
